Your personal data, such as your name, contact details and professional affiliation, may be used for event administration, communication, logistical planning, preparation of attendee information and the distribution of congress-related information.
Access to your personal data will be limited to authorised personnel and service providers involved in the organisation and delivery of the congress.
During the congress, exhibitors and industry partners may use lead tracking. If you choose to have your badge or registration code scanned, relevant contact details may be shared with that exhibitor or industry partner for follow-up communication.
Photographs and video recordings may also be taken during Europerfusion 2026 for communication, documentation and promotional purposes.
